Most of Victoria's municipalities are declared termite infested areas. Imagine you purchasing a property which is currently infested by termites or other pests, the cost of repairs and replacement of building materials can be exponentially high, especially if the structural integrity of the building is affected. Our trained and skilled inspectors can inspect your property to identify any infestations such as termites, borers, and/or decays.

Your adjoining property construction works may affect your building. Protection of your property may be required by the authorities issuing the building permit on the adjoining property for their constructions. Our building consultants can inspect your property and prepare an existing condition report of your building. We can also provide you with advice on the type of protection work notices served on you by the adjoining owner.

Building a new house or commercial building may be stressful. Having a second opinion on the builder's workmanship can be crucial prior to making construction progressive payments. We can carry out mandatory inspections as per below, and provide you with written reports.

You may not be happy with the quality of the finishes of your building. We can carry out inspections and provide you with a written report stating all defects, minor or major, which can be used as a rectification procedure for your builder.

Our fees and charges are fixed as per the below table. This table exempts special types of buildings which are not included in the following pricelist.

Building inspection:

Houses and townhouses, 1-2 bedrooms: $400 + GST.

Houses and townhouses, 3-5 bedrooms: $450 + GST.

Apartments: $400 + GST.

Dilapidation report: $500 + GST.

Warranty Inspection: $450 + GST.

Construction stage inspection: $450 + GST.

Construction stage inspections, full package: $2200 + GST.
